Conditions of Use
The cost of shipping will vary from product to product. Shipping costs are calculated when they are added to the shopping cart.
All prices on the site are quoted in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD), and are inclusive of GST (15%).
All prices are valid whilst stocks last.
Products are subject to availability from the supplier.
Product availability is updated as often as we can, but is at least once a week per supplier. A products availability is subject to the supplier having that product in stock. A product shown on this site as In Stock may not be able to be supplied at the time of purchase. Buying a product from Techworld does not guarantee you will receive that product. It is subject to the supplier being able to supply that product at the time of purchase. Techworld will contact you if a product is no longer available and a replacement or refunded will be offered. We reserve the right to alter the pricing at anytime. Whilst we try to maintain correct pricing at all times, purchasing an item with a incorrect price does not have to be supplied by Techworld or its suppliers. Due to the nature of supplier pricing and updating the site, Techworld cannot always show the correct price offered by the supplier at all times.
Multiple Entries For The Same Product
Different suppliers can have the same product, which can be at different prices and availability. Techworld will list all options available to us which is why there can be multiple entries for the same product. If a cheaper product is Out Of Stock, you are not forced into buying the more expensive item. Items can be placed on Back Order if they are out of stock.
We currently only except the following forms of payment:
Direct Deposit or Online Banking Transfer.
Paymate: Paymate requires you to have a verified account and address before you can purchase products on Techworld. This helps stop fraudulent credit card activity.
The goods will be dispatched to the customer once the payment has been authorised. Techworld reserves the right to recover payment and costs through any means necessary. Customers will be held liable for all costs incurred in the recovery of goods or payment.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Where the buyer is acquiring the product for the purpose of business then the Act shall not apply.
In the event the purchaser is acquiring the product for purposes other than that of a business, then these conditions of sale shall be interpreted subject to the purchaser's rights under the Act, to the intent that no provisions shall any way limit the purchaser's rights under the Act.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, negligent, inappropriate or improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment.
Please contact Techworld for warranty issues. Continued use of faulty or suspected faulty products can void the warranty.
Disputes and Proper Law
Any claim or dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.
The contract including these terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by New Zealand Law.
