Shipping Information

Our suppliers usually courier the products, and each supplier deals with their own companies. Please be aware that orders with mulitple products may come from different suppliers and therefore the products may arrive at different times. Orders usually will arrive 1-3 days from when they were shipped.
We hold some stock outselves and our preferred shipping company is Castle Parcels for most of these items.
We currently only ship products to New Zealand customers only.
Shipping is free for all orders that have a value of $150.00 or more. A flat fee of $7 is charged if the total is under this amount.


Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with the express approval of the seller.
All faulty goods will need a RMA number before they can be returned for repairing or replacing under warranty period.
Please contact us if you have any problems, and we will arrange for an RMA number if needed.

Only unopened packaged software is returnable up to 7 days from the date of invoice.
Please make sure the software is compatible and will work with your system before opening it.
Opened software is not returnable.
Software licensing products are considered special order items, and are not returnable for any reason.
Product will be credited for the original price paid.
If the supplier's factory seal is intact, you may return any regularly stocked unopened product to techworld within 7 days of the date of invoice for an exchange or refund (if permitted by manufacturer's return policy and if an approved RMA number is issued). Hardware that is unopened will not have the original shipping fee refunded and the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If the product purchased was a special order, and not part of our regular inventory it is not returnable.
Product will be credited for the original price paid.
Returned products must be complete and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
The box must include all accesories, bar codes, stickers, and original markings (including those needed to redeem manufacturers' rebates).
Pack returns securely for your protection and to insure the products' safe return.
Should the product develop a hardware fault within the first 2 weeks of purchase, Techworld will pay for the reasonable return shipping back to the supplier. After 2 weeks, the shipping costs for returned products is the reponsibility of the buyer. The supplier may cover any costs in returning a repaired or replaced item.
Any item that a customer wants to return if they have changed their mind may be taken back minus a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping costs covered.
This is because the item is no longer brand new and has to be resold at a loss.
Techworld nor the supplier can be held responsible for damage of items being returned.
RMA returns are subject to the manufacturer accepting and issuing an RMA number. Some RMAs can be required to be sent back to the manufacturer or
supplier for assessment. Techworld will facilitate a quick return process however RMA returns are subject to various factors outside of our control. This caninclude sending a product overseas and as such will be subject to freight and handling constraints.Customers can be held responsible for costs incurred testing non-faulty products. Customers are to ensure all reasonable tests are completed before sending
back to Techworld or a supplier. Techworld reserve the right to claim reasonable costs in testing and freight before a product is returned from the customer. Please contact us if you have any concerns about anything on this page.
